Woke up this morning to many birthday sms-es amassed by my handphone. Thank you guys for all of your birthday wishes. Thank you simply for remembering or thinking of me today.
It is at times like this that I feel I am indeed fortunate.
Just that alone is sufficient to make me happy such that i went to school with a light skip in each step heh. Was in the I’m-23-and-ready-to-kick-some-butts mood so we decided to go find my supervisor to finalise some details regarding my questionnaire. Maybe my birthday really did help to ward off some bad luck cuz we found supe in one of her better moods. So the discussion went rather smoothly and we didn’t have to stay back till the sky turns dark again,phew!! To celebrate our good luck, Chin Wee sang me a birthday song in school, followed by Huiling’s Cantonese version haha.
Received a postcard from SS today. Wah,what good timing! Thank you for the thought. I calculated from the dated card that it takes about 10 days for a card to travel across the globe. Darn, I must have been very late with mine haha. He says life’s pretty good there. Okay, I’m dying from envy already. **winkz**
Yay,have got a teeny weeny chance to go out and have fun tomorrow. Must first complete more work tonight! Going to catch Finding Neverland with the gals before it disappears from the screens. Neverland, here I come!
