some dreams live on in time forever
those dreams, you want with all your heart
and i will do whatever it takes
follow through with the promise i made
put it all on the line
what i hoped for at last would be mine
if i could reach,higher
just for one moment touch the sky
from that one moment in my life
i am gonna be stronger
know that i have tried my very best
i would put my spirit to the test
if i could reach
some days are meant to be remembered
those days we rise above the stars
so i will go the distance this time
seeing more the higher i climb
that the more i believe
all the more that this dream would be mine

Having a fever that comes and goes. It’s giving me a headache, making me restless and a bit grouchy. Sigh.
Did the draft outline of my commentary. Decided to write on suicide and the media. How very depressing right...
Then flipped through April's issue of CLEO that my sis bought. Familiar faces started jumping out and smiling at me from the glossy pages. AGAIN.
Ok,retrace steps a bit. In March's CLEO,saw Hattie from CS and my primary school friend Audrey. One has a collection of more than 100 bags while the other has over 80 miniskirts >.<" You see why they were featured now.
In April's issue,ex-colleagues from SPH and MediaCorp made their appearances. Journo Karl, who’s in the running for CLEO’s most eligible bachelor. I guess ranting about your single status in the national spreadsheet from time to time helps. Anyone voting for him? :p Then there is Edmund. Nope,he’s not another eligible bachelor (he wish! but the guy is nice lah haha). Ed was just an innocent passer-by who happened to be wearing an outfit costing $500 on the fine day when CLEO stopped him along Orchard Road. Hence he got the honour of being branded a not-so-thrifty boy. I can already imagine Phil laughing like mad in the office haha. Aiyo..i miss them so much...
The more shocking one was probably seeing Mabel (from MediaCorp) in the feature story on tsunami survivors. She donned short hair in the fotos but it was Mabel all right. Dear ‘marble’ as we call her at the editors desk. Oh my,I didn’t know Mabel went through such an ordeal. Apparently she and her hubby went on honeymoon to Khao Lak when the tsunami took place. I’m so glad the babe came through it physically unscathed.
Anyone going to be featured in the May issue? Lemme know first okay haha.
