Met Weiling for supper last night. It has been a really long time since I last had supper in a neighbourhood coffeeshop teeheee,it was fun. Thanks for the chix wings treat gal,next time I treat coffee okay ;)
Anyway, thought I’ll address something here that took place say about two weeks back.
Just when you thought chivalry among the male population here is pretty much non-existent, some people may give you a surprise. And I’m talking about a simple action like holding the door for you and not letting it slam in your face. It is really something that simple but to me that’s like the basic of the basics to being a gentleman. Not many SG guys seem to do that these days somehow. Yup,so I was pretty surprised when I came across such incidents several times in the past weeks. But they weren’t performed by SG guys so I'll retain my reservations towards our local chaps. >.<" While we may be independent women, we always appreciate a thoughtful act of consideration by our male counterparts. Guess it doesn't take a lot to impress me.
