It’s the start of recess week! A week without lessons but yet my to-do list looks really freaking long. I foresee staying home and studying half the time. Manz,I just feel like lazing around doing nothing.
Wanted to do something fun and creative, thought of trying out how to do some snazzy picture effects. Weiling says can use photoshop so I tried it out on my pics for the bbq yesterday. But oops,looks kinda amateurish,need to practice more often haha.

Anyway yesterday night turned out to be a lot more fun than expected. Our food turned out well although we are all not bbq experts. We even had dessert, raspberry apple strudel brought back by one of our classmates from Perth,simply yummylicious. Then we also had red wine and chatted through the night. There were about ten classmates and we hope more people can join us next time because it was quite a last minute affair this round. Get-togethers seem so much more fun when there’s also serious work to be done at the same time. Ahhh,an escapist I am. But nothing beats a good way to kick-start the break. :)
