No post-exam blues to speak of this time because it's party time!
My course programme had a private event yesterday night for us to unwind after the exams. It was held at the Villa Bali,a idyllic place tucked away in the south at Gillman Village. A pretty nice alternative place to chill,Balinese style.
Besides the dinner and drinks,it was a night of sharing lives and touching hearts. There's always that something extra about someone that gets revealed through chats,funny incidents that we can fall over laughing about,as well as many eager plans to be made for the many more days ahead. We even had a surprise birthday celebration for two coursemates whose birthdays happen to fall on the same day next week! Lots of thank you speeches peppered with hilarious content were made too,that truly makes you appreciate this indescribable coming together of people from all walks of life. It was a night filled with good cheer and laughter. It has been a while since I've had that much fun heh.
We are rather like this big family among ourselves. No one is too good or bad,young or old because we all contribute to the bond in our own special way. I can't say how glad I am to have so many wonderful people in my life right now. They are people I've come to like a lot and the space they take up in my heart will just keep on expanding.
I feel that by bringing you to me,life has been good to me. And really,I just feel... contented inside.
