And so I have straight hair again.
Hehehe. Or at least I do while I'm typing this now.
Went to patch my coloring today and chopped off some of my unruly locks. Been putting off the trip to the salon. Think considered 4 mths since my last trip? Seems unthinkable to be spending an afternoon sitting there when you have got tons of work to do. If not for CNY, I think I can procrastinate much longer haha! Was talking to Meiyi the other day about it cuz she's also rushing to do her hair for the 3 red days in January lol. Hmmm,looks like I have a strong aptitude for living with messy hair. Ended up hair is like really really long and really quite dry too. Tried the ionic treatment. So ex,luckily can get a package deal. What a way to go broke before getting your ang pows. >.<" Oh well, better to do some early damage control now than later.
Got a darker hair color now. Not much curls left,think I'll have wavy hair now. And my stylist suddenly suggested that since I was there, might as well blow my hair straight. Just for the kick of feeling straight long hair again haha. So voila, I get to enjoy straight hair now until my next wash hehe. Jiahui seems more upset that the curls are gone. No worries,they will be back next time when hair has rested enough! Oh,the salon has got ceramic perm services now,maybe can try it the next time instead of the normal perm. ;)
Reminds me of Cassandra in Top Model, who got so upset when they cut her long hair and withdrew from the competition because she refused to cut another inch when they wanted it even shorter. Oh my,I thought she had potential and she looked really good with short hair. Too bad,missed out on the chance to see the Mia Farrow look on her. Oh,and I think those pictures of Twiggy in the '60s that we see on the show are really lovely.
Hmm,short hair does sound quite tempting now. Used to cut short short when I am not happy, i.e. in the post-RV days. They say it makes you feel better and I quite agree! When will I ever be so unhappy that I'll go cut it short again?
